A: Taho: To retain its freshness for up to 2 days, make sure to properly store it in the fridge and remove the excess water from the tub.
Soy Milk: To retain its freshness for up to 7 days, make sure to properly store it in the fridge.
Chilled Taho: To retain its freshness for up to 7 days, make sure to properly store it in the fridge.
A: To reheat the tofu, you can either use the microwave or have it steamed.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We only deliver to areas of Metro Manila only.
Q: Why am I having problems when checking out my orders? ("Your cart has been updated and the items you added can't be shipped to your address")
A: First, we only deliver to areas of Metro Manila only. Second, please make sure to properly fill up everything, especially the ZIP CODE when entering your information for shipping.
Q: Do you do same-day deliveries?
A: Yes. Our shop in Sampaloc offers same-day delivery from 8am to 11am, while our shop in Greenhills offers same-day delivery from 12pm to 8pm.
Q: I have received an incomplete or damaged order, what should I do?
A: If you received a damaged or incomplete order with missing products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or message us through Messenger or Instagram. Include a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received within 15 days of delivery. We're happy to deliver a replacement of the order to you.
