DELIVERIES

Q: Where is Soy Bueno’s commissary located?
A: Our commissary is in Sampaloc, Manila. All your orders — fresh taho, soy milk, and other soy products are prepared here daily to ensure top quality.

Q: Why does my location affect delivery?
A:
Taho is delicate and best enjoyed fresh and warm. If your address is far from our commissary, it may take longer to deliver, and there’s a higher chance your taho may arrive less warm or in less-than-perfect condition.

Q: Can you deliver to my area?
A: We do our best to reach as many areas as possible, but some distant locations may be hard to deliver to — especially during rainy days when riders may decline bookings. If your area is far, please expect possible delays and rider unavailability.

OTHERS

Q: I have received an incomplete or damaged order, what should I do?
A: If you received a damaged or incomplete order with missing products, please let us know through our Google Forms

RETURN POLICY
We stand by our quality and freshness of our products. If your fresh taho does not meet our standards, please email us a picture of your product and we will replace or refund those items.
